Well I am really impressed with their line techs. Those are the people who actually know something. Not the ones you get when you first call. I had a long chat with a line tech when the person sent out to my house didn't call me before he arrived. I of course missed him. But later that night AT&T ( or SBC whatever they go by now ) called me and wanted to know how things were going. They called again Saturday to see, probably because the trouble ticket was left open. They said they could get someone out Monday and would try and make sure they called before they arrived at my house. So far I'll just wait and see how my DSL performs. I know my house wiring sucks bad. I really don't want to switch over to cable. That $20 extra dollars for not having cable seems like extortion.
